Bordeaux-based producer DJ Norman strikes
again with two dancefloor-oriented tunes, aiming
to reconcile the old-school vibe with a more
modern production approach.

The gritty soundscapes of “Crime Wave” would make it
the perfect soundtrack for a ride to a corrupted city in a
not-so-distant future. The energy of the tune is fueled by
dirty bass stabs and rolling drums, propelling listeners into
a high-octane sonic journey. The glitchy and
heavy-sounding interlude acts as a half-step flavored pit
stop before the tune reaches its climax with a wicked acid
twist.

With its old-school pad and moody melody, “Stay
Clear”’s intro will definitely remind you of the early days of
Jungle. The drop, however, will take you to an unexpected
territory: a huge delayed bassline and powerful drums
mutate the tune into something punchier, infusing it with a
vibrant burst of energy that will surely prompt your head to
nod.

As the beats of "Crime Wave" and "Stay Clear" come to
life, there is no doubt that this release perfectly embodies
the very DNA of the label: a clever combination of
massive basslines, haunting pads, and infectious drums.
